What will DDi actually change for my business?
More of the right people find you, trust you and pay you, and you can see exactly where each one came from. Search, ads, social media, your site and your payments all pull in the same direction, instead of five people doing five different things.
How much does marketing cost in Kenya?
With DDi it is fixed and public. Home Base is KES 45K setup and 8K a month. Lead Engine is KES 95K setup and 30K a month. Full Takeover is KES 600K setup and 150K a month. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta.
What if it doesn’t work?
You don’t pay for it. Home Base is live in 10 working days or your first 3 months are free. On Lead Engine, if tracked enquiries in your first 90 days don’t beat the 90 days before, the work continues free until they do. On Full Takeover, miss the written lead target and that month’s fee is waived.
Why not hire a freelancer or an in-house team?
A marketer, a designer and a developer in Nairobi cost over KES 250K a month in salaries, before laptops, software and managing them. A freelancer covers one of those skills. Lead Engine covers all three for KES 30K a month.
How fast will I be live?
Home Base in 10 working days. Lead Engine in 15. Full Takeover in 6 to 8 weeks, with discovery in week one. The clock starts when your deposit has cleared and your logo, photos, prices and access are in.
How do I pay?
50% deposit by M-Pesa before work starts, the balance on go-live. Monthly plans are month to month after a 3-month minimum. Pay 10 months upfront and get 12.
What if I leave?
You take everything. Your domain, website content, Google profile, ad accounts and data are in your name from day one, with every login handed over.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Google or Meta from your own ad account. The monthly fee covers planning, running and reporting on them.
